In middle of September, Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and Saint Petersburg Municipal Government signed economic, trade, technical, and cultural cooperation agreement in Chengdu. Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, Mr. Georgy Poltavchenko, Governor of Saint Petersburg, on behalf of Sichuan and Saint Petersburg, signed the agreement.
SCH has took part in the agreement of health cooperation with Saint Petersburg Cancer Center. According to the agreement, Saint Petersburg and Sichuan will cooperate with each other in fields including exchange schoolars, scientific research and cancer treatment and so on.
We believe that the cooperation will enhance the relationship on both sides, and promote the practice of medical technology and skills training, which will lift the level of medical service and benefit patients.
