On May 11th, Group of 5 from Stanford University led by Mr. Dean Felsher, director of translational medicine visited SCH.
Mr. Felsher had a tour of the surgical building, PET-CT center, and the standard treatment ward. He communicated with patients and spoke highly of the management of the ward. Also, He gave a presentation of oncology: challenge and opportunity, shared his experience of clinic research and treatment in America, which was attractive and more than 200 doctors attended.
Mr. Jinyi Lang, president of the hospital led the meeting with Felsher group. Both shared the situation of each institute and showed the willing to collaborate with each other on translational medicine in the future .
