On March 15th, Dr. Jiade J. Lu from Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center, expert of oncology, gave a lecture about how to do research in clinic to doctors of SCH. Vice president Huang Xiaolin gave a welcome speech and more than 180 doctors and technicists attended the lecture.
Dr. Lu presented a Structural, Systemic, and Strategic Research Development Paradigm on his lecture. He gave us a new model to think, and to set up and develop a program with structural, systemic, and strategic ways, aimed to get massive results with limited resources.
Dr. Lu has led an excellent way to do clinic research. After the lecture, He visited the radiotherapy center and communicated with doctors.
